The record plays the recording of a spinning top. Inside the spinning top are eight tongues of metal which create waving sounds while the spinning top is rotating. The gyration is transformed into an audible signal that can be sensorily experienced.
Due to a repeat function the player loops the record generating the idea of an endless action. The former rotating action is transferred into a real rotation in the exhibition space.
